About Me
My name is Lauren Ainsborough
I live on the northeast coast of England with my partner and daughter.
I am passionate about empowering women to heal from past traumas and form healthy relationships.
With a 20-year career in Pharmacy, I observed the reliance on medication to feel better, but the problems were only temporarily masked.
Recognising that healing extends beyond mere medication, I embarked on my own personal journey — overcoming PTSD that stemmed from toxic relationships and finding unconditional love within myself.
Using my own holistic approach to healing, this newfound wisdom led me to leave my role in Pharmacy and become a Trauma-Informed Life Coach, guiding others to reconnect with their true selves.
