Dynamic Breathwork & Ice Bath

In this workshop I will guide you through a dynamic breathwork session & then invite you to get into an optional ice bath. These two tools are the most powerful I have found to directly experience your true self, returning you to soul-alignment so you know that you are SO MUCH GREATER than your past & SO MUCH MORE than your fears!

During this session I invite you to empower yourself to:

  • improve your health through deep connection to your body

  • use the power of your own mind to overcome challenges

  • allow yourself to move through your emotions

  • connect to what your soul truly desires

More About the Process

The ego is the voice inside our head that judges everthing about the present moment. Ego usually focuses on the negative aspects because it's main job is to protect us or to keep us alive. Life can become quite stressful & limited if our ego is running the show.

Ego wants to maintain the status quo & avoid discomfort. However, in order to reach a space of soul-aligned evolution we have to travel through discomfort.

Dynamic breathwork is deep, cyclical, diaphragmatic breathing. This type of breathing moves us through discomfort and into higher states of consciousness. Dynamic breath moves stagnant emotions. It is in processing these heavier emotions that we are able feel emotional freedom, clarity, creativity & connection to soul.

When we get into an ice bath we have to breathe deeply, this removes the voice of the ego & puts us into the present moment. The present moment is where all life is & it is where our true power lies.

Breathwork connects us to soul by releasing what no longer serves us and then cold water therapy grounds us back into the body where we can expand and grow within a feeling of safety & stability.
