Restorative Yoga Nidra Meditation with Visualisation

Dynamic breathwork is an active process where we breathe deeply and rapidly to rid the body of toxins and increase cellular oxygen levels. Participants normally experience feelings of bliss after a breathwork session.
​
Yoga nidra is an ancient, healing journey that is done lying on the floor in absolute stillness. After shifting your energy with the breath, your brain waves become slower, this allows you to release limiting beliefs from the subconscious.
​
The subconscious mind controls most of the actions we take, which is why it can be difficult to create change in our lives from conscious choice alone. When the subconscious decides that something is unsafe it will put the handbrakes on, and it can be impossible to gain forward momentum. In order to create positive change we have to first create internal safety, yoga nidra is a highly effective method to alchemise your fears with your own source of unconditional love.

Yoga Nidra uses intention setting & body awareness to move into a deep space of relaxation where you are in perfect balance between sleep and wakefulness. Towards the end of the yoga nidra I will guide you through a creative visualisation. When you visualise positive experiences you create feelings of love and bliss within you. Your mind does not know the difference between imagination and reality. The corresponding elevated emotion that comes from visualising the love and harmony that you desire to create in your actual reality attracts more of the same into your life!

Grounding tea and snacks will be provided after the session to bring you back into your body.
